Read Tshego's Profile

Tshego Kekana is a seasoned PR and Communications lioness. She has, over the years acquired skills in public relations, media liaison, corporate events coordination, influential marketing, strategy planning and execution as well as marketing from a digital and traditional perspective. She is an avid negotiator, a business strategist, a creative and professional executive. With over 11 years in the industry, she has built good relations with industry leaders and media influencers – all of which are used to benefit client objectives.

Tshego’s experience has spanned across Africa, gaining in-country communications and marketing insights, as well as building and collaborating with teams in other African and European countries. She has worked with key markets such as Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe to name a few.

Her career highlights include forming part of the Sasol Reputation Management team in 2016 as a consultant. Leading the PR team for Standard Bank What’s Your Next brand campaign between 2017 - 2019. She has also led PR teams in Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe and South Africa on a pan-African campaign called Old Mutual Amazing Voices between 2019 and 2020. Winning the Kellogg’s SA Corporate PR account as well as Absa Bank Consumer PR contract for Retail Banking.

In 2021, Tshego was recognized as a Standard Bank Top Women Finalist in the Top Entrepreneur category,

Tshego founded Alfa Destiny Communications in 2016, building it to a pan-African, integrated marketing and communications agency with presence in 5 other countries in Africa. She is most passionate about helping grow brands into industry competitive businesses.

Tshego is an Executive Member of the Thuli Madonsela Foundation and sits on the Pride of Africa Youth Board of Directors. She is also the Founder and President of a women-support organization called The Lioness Movement.

Susan (Sue) Sacks is an experienced and professional training executive with 8 years experience as head of media training and workshops for various industries. Sue has built great relationships with award-winning journalists and currently manages 8 journalists who conduct media training and workshops.

Sue has coordinated and managed training for ACSA  -   Airport Manager, Security Manager and Logistics of the following airports  -  OR, Cape Town, King Shaka, East London, Port Elizabeth, Upington George; GCIS  Department of Communications, Altron, Nedbank, Viacom, Eskom, Transnet, Discovery and Old Mutual to name a few.

Her core passions and strengths lie in networking and interacting with people, business development, training to build up confidence in people, and showing them the way to better themselves in their positions. Sue loves a challenge to assess what a client really needs. Build up the image and reputation of companies through workshops and training.



Read Melissa's Profile

Melissa Molehe is a consumer marketing all-rounder who has worked with various large and small brands in various industries over a career period spanning 12 years, during which time she held roles in national account management, specialist product training, and market development.

She has a strong passion for the youth and its development which is why she offers to share her experience as a mentor to young black people with high potential. She is the founder and managing director of IM Brand Solutions as well as a firm believer in transformational leadership. Since its inception in 2018, she has coached, mentored, and employed over 60 staff of which the majority are young black people. Convinced that in order for transformation to take place, we as entrepreneurs should be intentional in our efforts to provide opportunities to people of color. A polished leader who is highly skilled in business and concept development, campaign management, brand go-to-market strategy planning, and execution.

Some notable moments in her career include heading a structure responsible for the launch of Clicks Cellular across South Africa, the national product and brand launch of Vivo Mobile, she led the national roll-out of MTN Road Warriors campaign. She has also worked with clients such as Tiger Brands, Kellogg's, Unilever, Sony, Philips to name a few. As the self-proclaimed “Marketing PLUG” and below-the-line marketing expert, she helps brands build authority and influence at various touchpoints using growth tactics that create massive brand awareness and credibility.

With a corporate creative career that spans over 11 years, Morena Busa Sefatsa has worked in TV, Consumer Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Starting his career at the young age of 16yrs as the presenter of Craz-E Kids Show on Etv, he built his career producing current and loved TV shows such as Selimathunzi. Live Amp and Mzansi Insider to name a few.

As a Television Production Maverick, Morena’s career highlight was producing a Documentary on Child Safety in Ghana; alongside the UN Children’s Fund, the Government of Ghana, and Ogilvy Ghana.  

Morena has worked for leading media firms such as PRIMEDIA, Urban Brew Studios, and Red Pepper. He has branched out and worked as an independent corporate creative consultant for the past 6 years. He joined forces to develop the fast-growing, integrated marketing communications firm - Alfa Destiny. He is Creative power personified.
